Making Your Vision a Reality
A locally-loved coffee shop, a pizzeria on a firetruck, a classic New England seafood house, and many more small-town industry experiences inspired Elena's move to New York City. After graduating from the International Culinary Center with a degree in Professional Pastry Arts, Elena realized her vision extended far beyond just one kitchen.
Since then Elena has managed popular Brooklyn and Manhattan restaurants, hosted a weekly dinner series, directed beverage experiences for international events, and become a private chef for a family in Panama.
