Elena is a FOH team member. From server to bartender to manager, she's experienced in all positions. As opening staff for three restaurants she's passionate about new projects and would be happy to offer opening support and consulting services.

EVENTS

As a former events coordinator for a busy Manhattan restaurant, a designated host for many home parties, and someone with an eye for ambiance, events are an obvious avenue of Vail & Garnish.
